What Our Clients Often Ask About Us
What makes Coolmacks different from other AC companies?
We are built on simple values – show up on time, communicate clearly, and do quality work. No shortcuts, no rotating subcontractors. Every job is done by our own trusted, licensed tradies who take pride in their work.
How long have you been in business?
We have over 10 years of hands-on experience in Brisbane, supporting local families and businesses with air conditioning and electrical work.
Are you a family-owned company?
Yes, we are a family-owned local business. That’s why we focus on long-term relationships, not just one-off jobs. A large part of our work comes from referrals and repeat customers.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Repair work is covered by a 12-month repair warranty. Equipment and parts are covered under the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty terms, which vary by brand.
Do you use subcontractors?
Never. Unlike many companies, we never use subcontractors. All work is done by our own Coolmacks team who are fully licensed and insured.
