Common Questions About Our Licensed Team
Who will actually come to my home?
Our own Coolmacks team – no rotating subcontractors. You will get air-conditioning and refrigeration service from our Brisbane team within the licences and certifications applicable to the job.
Are your technicians qualified?
Absolutely. Our team includes air-conditioning and refrigeration technicians, including ARCtick certified professionals, with experience across major air-conditioning brands.
Are your team police-checked and safe to have in my home?
Yes. All our technicians are fully licensed, insured, and background-checked. We are a family business and we only hire people we would trust in our own home.
Do you have specialists for different jobs?
Yes. We have dedicated specialists for air-conditioning installation, servicing and repairs, plus permitted associated restricted electrical work within our licence scope.
Will the same team handle my job from start to finish?
Yes. The team that quotes your job is the team that does the job. We don’t swap people in the middle, which means better communication and a perfect finish.
